Baja Gold Group was previously Mexore International S.A. de C.V., a company incorporated February, 2000, in the State of Baja California, Mexico. The head office of the Company is located in the City of Ensenada, Baja California. The Company also maintains an office facility in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The officers of the Company are all experienced businessmen.

THE PUPOSE OF THE COMPANY is the exploration and development of mineral concessions, primarily gold-bearing, in Mexico and elsewhere, with the intent of bringing these mineral concessions into commercial production.

THE COMPANY FEELS that its concessions in the El Alamo area are capable of being placed into commercial production with a production cost of less than $400 per ounce gold. In working towards that end, the Company invites responsible junior mining exploration companies, preferably ones that are listed on a recognized stock exchange or are quoted on a national over-the-counter bulletin board, to participate with the Company in placing these concessions into production.
